1. LEGAL WARRANTY FOR CONSUMERS

Products sold by Fausto Ideeregalo to consumers are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided for by applicable Italian law.

The legal warranty protects the consumer if the purchased product has a conformity defect existing at the time of delivery or manifesting itself within the period provided for by law.

2. WARRANTY DURATION

For new goods, the legal warranty lasts two years from the product delivery date.

The rights provided by the legal warranty cannot be excluded or limited by these conditions.

3. WHEN A PRODUCT MAY NOT BE CONFORMING

A product may be non-conforming when, for example:

· it does not correspond to the description provided on the website;

· it does not possess the characteristics indicated on the product page;

· it is not suitable for the use normally intended for goods of the same type;

· it has defects that compromise its ordinary use;

· it is delivered in a version different from the one purchased.

4. AVAILABLE REMEDIES

In case of a conformity defect, the consumer may be entitled, as provided by law, to the restoration of conformity through:

· repair; or

· replacement.

If such remedies are not possible, are not carried out correctly, or are not applicable according to current legislation, the consumer may be entitled to:

· a proportional price reduction; or

· termination of the contract and reimbursement.

· photographs of the product, if available;

· photographs of the packaging, if relevant.

Photographs can help us process the request more quickly, but do not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by law.

6. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND LEGAL WARRANTY

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, subject to legal exceptions.

The legal warranty, on the other hand, concerns defective or non-conforming products and, for new goods, lasts two years from delivery.
